It is privilege and an honor for Tracy, Caleb, and I to be a part of Mount Moriah Baptist Church. God is richly blessing our family as we serve the Lord here with you.
The Bible gives us insight into the great opportunities we have to serve God and man. He has given us the opportunity to know Christ as our personal Savior, and to the walk with him as a friend. We also have the opportunity to depend upon God for the answers to the needs of our lives. We have the opportunity to win people to Jesus Christ. We have the opportunity to minister to the needs of people in our community if we will covenant together seeking the will of the Lord to see these thing come to pass. Oh, what a beautiful and blessed life we can have at Mount Moriah Baptist Church. God will continue to bless us if we will reach people with our love, our prayers, our friendship, and our counsel. If we sow the seeds of God's love into this community, we will reap a precious harvest one day. Actively ministering to people will not only sharpen our swords, but will put the love of God in our souls as his champions.

Why We're Here.....
We are here to tell you how you can have a
relationship
with God through Jesus Christ. John 3:16 is just one verse
in the Bible, but it explains a great deal about God and His
plan for you. We would love to talk to you about knowing
God personally through Jesus.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world
The one who made everyone, including
you with a purpose and a plane. Loves
you and wants to give you real life.

Giving is a sign of love, God loved you
enough to give His Son, Jesus, as your
way to Him.

Not just knowing about Him, but
accepting Him as the Lord of your life.
Giving him control of your life.

Prayer of Salvation
God, I know that I am a sinner separate form you.
I believe that Jesus died on a cross to
take away my sin and connect me to You. Please forgive me God, and give me
new life.
I turn my life over to the leadership of Jesus Christ and trust Him for my
eternity . Amen

Deepening Our Relationship with Christ
If you want your life to be more like Christ. If you
want your relationship with Christ to
deepen. Then there are certain disciplines that you have to develop in
your relationship with Christ.
We live in a world that is bent on enticing us away from growing deeper in love
with the Lord,
how can we become more godly? Religion won't do it! It has been said
that we live in a spiritual
hothouse where we talk religious talk, send out letters, write religious
pamphlets and do religious
Bible studies. It's easy to become religious instead of godly. Peter
encourages us to add to our
faith. Lets find out together what it takes to be closer to the Lord.

The Fruit of the Spirit : God's Recipe for a Full Life
The fruit of the
Spirit is at the very care of living, the Christian Life. Once we come
to faith in Jesus Christ, everything else becomes a matter of life lived in the
same degree
empowered by the Holy Spirit. But many believers do not know how to
cooperate with the
Holy Spirit and experience his fullness. Many do not understand what it
looks like when a person
is full of the Holy Spirit.
We want to talk about
the different aspects of the fruit of the Spirit, and our need for
his presence in our every day lives. The Holy Spirit can develop his fruit
in us. Our everyday
actions will reflect Christ when we give his Spirit
access to every part of our lives.
Galatians: 5 22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness,
Goodness, Faithfulness,
Gentleness and Self-Control. Against such things there is no law.
Becoming the person God created you to be, is a life long process in which He is
continually molding you into a unique reflection of his Son. The Bible
offers us numerous principles for walking successfully with God. We want
to talk about these principles over the next few weeks.

11: If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your
